WHAT IS INCLUDED?
We have many options for any budget! In the Warren and Lounge, base rentals start with four hour minimum slots and include setup of tables and chairs, access to the catering kitchen and bar, audio and visual equipment (bluetooth and 3 TV’s), bathrooms, water fountain/bottle filling station, and coat check/storage access.
Before the end of your time slot, you’re required to remove anything of your own that you’ve brought - we’ll take care of the rest!
Our wedding packages include separate ceremony and reception spaces, as well as getting-ready and overnight suites in the Cottage. They also include all of the amenities included with the Lounge and Warren rentals listed above.
Venue staff will be available on-site to assist with the use of our spaces including general site maintenance and guest or vendor questions. We highly recommend booking a planner or day-of coordinator to assist with the overall execution of your event - ask our coordination team for recommendations!
In order to secure your event date, we require a signed contract, a 50% booking payment, and the security deposit (physical check required). This can be completed in person or online via Honeybook. Contact our coordination team to get started!

Is wpv lgbtqia+ friendly?
YES! Warren Place Venue is an inclusive business - our doors are open to everyone regardless of race, religion, ability, sex, gender, or sexual orientation. We proudly co-host Gardner PRIDE, and facilitate weddings for LGBTQIA+ couples.
Can I rent any of the spaces hourly?
Our shortest slot time is four hours - we do this because your time slot should include your entire access time for setup and cleanup. You do have the option to add additional hours to each of our buildings if needed.
For additional setup time, please contact our coordination staff for pricing and information.

Warren Place Venue does not carry a liquor license. If you have a cash bar or ticketed event, security is required through the Gardner Police Department. If you are not charging guests for drinks or hosting a ticketed event, we do not require security. Warren Place Venue does not provide alcohol, it must be provided by the client. You can provide your own bartender - they must be licensed and approved by Warren Place Venue prior to your event. Our in-house bartender Hayley Milkey is always our first choice - her pricing sheet is available here.

We do have a list of preferred vendors we’ve worked with and love that we provide to all clients.
