Warren Place Venue requires a $1,200 minimum for Saturday bookings

Included with all rentals:

• chairs (black chivari or white folding)

• round tables (up to 10 people each)

• rectangular tables (up to 10 people each)

• cocktail tables

• cleaning

Included with all Warren rentals:

• bar access — (ice chest, well, basic tools, etc.)

• catering kitchen access — (refrigerators, warming oven, freezer)

• AV (built-in bluetooth speaker system, 3 TVs)

• coat closet
