Nestled between The Chapel and The Warren, The Cottage at Warren Place Venue is the heart of our property. It’s a welcoming space designed for gathering, celebrating, and making memories before and beyond the wedding day.

This beautifully restored 2,500-square-foot mid-century home features three private queen suites, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining room, comfortable living area, and thoughtfully designed gathering spaces that blend modern comfort with timeless character. Designed in part by Jen Boender of Hello Homes Designs, The Cottage combines warm textures, natural light, and intentional details to create an atmosphere that feels both elevated and inviting.

On wedding weekends, The Cottage becomes a home away from home for couples and their loved ones. Bridal parties can enjoy a relaxed morning together while getting ready just steps from The Warren and The Chapel, making for a seamless transition from preparation to celebration. It's the perfect setting for hair and makeup, breakfast with your wedding party, heartfelt toasts, and those quiet moments before walking down the aisle.

Beyond weddings, The Cottage is available for overnight stays and intimate gatherings of up to 20 guests. From rehearsal dinners and welcome parties to bridal showers, baby showers, birthday celebrations, and family gatherings, the space offers a one-of-a-kind setting unlike anything else in the Kansas City area.
